He was born 14 September 1936 in Milwaukee, Milwaukee County to the late Alois Mueller and Marianne Hoffman. Ronald served in the United States Army and attended UW-Whitewater and Ball State University. He became a United States History Teacher and enjoyed teaching at Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Menomonee Falls for 30 years, retiring in 1995. Ronald loved spending time with family and friends; riding his Harley, going to his daughter’s hair salon every morning to fold towels and prepared the office for daily operation before he met his friends for breakfast. He enjoyed the outdoors; cutting up wood and taking long walks with his dog. He is survived by his loving partner Virginia Wells and three children. A Memorial service in remembrance of Ron was held on Sunday 14 February at the Myrhum Patten Funeral Home at 1315 West Washington Street in West Bend. Ronald was a member of the West Bend Lt. Ray Dickop American Legion Post 36.

He was a retired employee of St. Luke Medical Center in Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, a member of the Oconto Masonic Lodge in Oconto, and a member of the Kewaskum American Legion Robert G. Romaine Post 384. His body was cremated. A memorial service for Robert was held on Saturday, 09 January 2010 at New Song Church, 3131 South 100th Street in Milwaukee. Dr. R. L. Bowen officiated. Burial of his cremains was at Brookside Cemetery in Oconto.

He enjoyed family, carpentry, dancing with Rose and a good steak. A Memorial Service was held Saturday, 06 February at Holy Angels Catholic Church at 138 North 8th Avenue in West Bend.

      Jacob Scherrer was born to Eternal Life on Monday, 22 February 2010, at the age of 82 years. For 56 years, Jacob was the husband of Mary Jane Leland. He was the father of five children. Jacob was born to John Scherrer and Anna Fellerr on 02 Feb 1925. He was a proud United States Marine. Jacob served during World War II and the Korean War and witnessed the Japanese surrender in North Korea. Between World War II and the Korean War, Jacob was on many foreign expeditionary assignments and ship float duties which allowed him to visit 39 coastal countries and islands by ship and plane. Oceans and seas traveled were the central Pacific, Japanese waters, Chinese waters, Philippine sea and the Caribbean waters. He also traveled the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean waters, visiting many countries. Jack went through the Panama Canal and walked on the Great Wall of China; two of the man made wonders of the world. He also walked on the Marco Polo Bridge. Jacob was a amateur boxer. He started boxing at the Milwaukee Eagles Club and continued in the Marines with a record of 31 fights, 29 wins, 11 knock outs , and 2 loses by decision. Jack was a member of the Marine Corps League Rifle Team and honored many veterans at their military funerals. Jacob and Mary were longtime members of St. Margaret Mary Parish. Visitation was held on Saturday, 27 February at St. Boniface Catholic Church, W204 N11924 Goldendale Road, Germantown. Jacob was laid to rest with full Military Honors on Monday, 01 March at Southern Wisconsin Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
